Chambray can do no wrong. Period. It doesn't matter what you pair it with, it will work. Pencil skirt, patterned shorts, slouchy pants... buttoned all the way up, not buttoned at all, tucked in our left out... the possibilities are endless! A great fitting chambray shirt is definitely a closet staple - if you don't have one, you need one now! Light or dark wash is up to you, any shade will do. It's also a great way to transition those mini skirts and shorts into fall. While it's still getting to above 80 degrees in Beverly (and freezing at my office) this was the perfect middle ground of coverage and comfort. Try pairing it with a black mini and some riding boots when it gets colder out.
